Volynets downs Rakhimova 6-3 6-0 in Seoul last 16

American Katie Volynets defeated Uzbekistan's Kamilla Rakhimova 6-3 6-0 in the Round of 16 at WTA Seoul on hard courts. Volynets landed 77.1 percent of her first serves and won 67.6 percent of those points, with 36.4 percent won behind the second delivery, no aces and one double fault. She faced five break points and saved three, a rate of 60 percent. Rakhimova put 51.7 percent of first serves in play, winning 50 percent of those points and 25 percent on her second serve, with one ace and eight double faults.
