Hurkacz edges Harris in Chengdu quarterfinals

Hubert Hurkacz beat Lloyd Harris 7-6 6-4 in the quarterfinals of the ATP event in Chengdu, on hard courts. The Pole struck 14 aces against two double faults, landed 66.7% of his first serves and won 75.0% of those points, together with 53.6% behind the second delivery. He faced eight break points and saved seven, a rate of 87.5%. Harris hit 12 aces with three double faults and a higher first-serve percentage of 70.7%, winning 67.2% of first-serve points and 54.2% of second-serve points. The South African faced three break points and saved one, 33.3%.
