Tuesday's headline acts return to Guadalajara, where the remaining round-of-16 places are settled. Zeynep Sonmez, ranked 58, faces the 16th-ranked Iva Jovic in the most intriguing clash of ranking and generation on the schedule; Jovic carries the status, Sonmez the freedom of the outsider.
