Mannarino edges Kecmanovic in Beijing qualifying
Adrian Mannarino of France defeated Serbia's Miomir Kecmanovic 7-6 3-6 7-6 in the qualifying semifinals of the ATP 500 hard-court event in Beijing. Mannarino landed 64.7% of his first serves and won 69.7% of those points, along with 47.2% behind the second, striking eight aces against two double faults. He faced 10 break points across the match and saved five, a 50% rate. Kecmanovic hit seven aces with three double faults, put 58.0% of first serves in and won 59.4% of those points, plus 56.0% on second serve, saving seven of the 11 break points he faced (63.6%).
