Rublev downs Jacquet 7-6 6-1 in Hangzhou semifinal
Andrey Rublev of Russia defeated France's Kyrian Jacquet 7-6, 6-1 in the semifinals of the ATP hard-court event in Hangzhou. Rublev landed 66.1% of his first serves and won 86.5% of those points, adding 68.4% behind the second delivery, with five aces against one double fault. He faced no break points across the match. Jacquet struck six aces with one double fault but put 55.9% of first serves in play, winning 69.7% of first-serve points and 53.8% of second-serve points. He faced seven break points and saved five, a rate of 71.4%.
