Harris beats Galarneau 6-3 7-5 in Chengdu qualifying final

Lloyd Harris of South Africa defeated Canada's Alexis Galarneau 6-3, 7-5 in the qualifying final at the ATP hard-court event in Chengdu. Harris's serve statistics stood out: 18 aces against two double faults, a 76.9 percent first-serve rate, and 97.5 percent of points won behind that first delivery, plus 66.7 percent on his second. He faced two break points and saved both. Galarneau struck three aces without a double fault, landed 57.9 percent of first serves and won 54.5 percent of those points, along with 65.6 percent on second serve, saving five of the seven break points he faced.
