Charaeva beats Kenin in three sets at WTA Seoul

Alina Charaeva of Russia defeated Sofia Kenin 3-6 7-6 6-4 in the Round of 32 at WTA Seoul on hard courts. The Russian's serve produced nine aces against six double faults, with 47.6% of her first serves landing in; she won 66.0% of first-serve points and 49.1% of second-serve points. Charaeva faced 16 break points and saved 10, a rate of 62.5%. Kenin struck no aces and eight double faults, put 58.0% of first serves in, won 60.9% of first-serve points and 42.0% behind the second, and saved nine of the 15 break points she faced (60.0%).
