Ostapenko beats Zakharova 6-4 6-1 in Seoul last 32

Jelena Ostapenko of Latvia defeated Russia's Anastasia Zakharova 6-4, 6-1 in the Round of 32 at the WTA hard-court event in Seoul. Ostapenko landed 52.5 percent of her first serves and won 74.2 percent of those points, alongside 46.4 percent behind the second delivery, striking four aces against six double faults. She faced nine break points and saved eight, a rate of 88.9 percent. Zakharova put 46 percent of first serves in, winning 65.5 percent of those points and 35.3 percent on her second, with two aces, 10 double faults and three of eight break points saved.
