Quevedo beats Podoroska for Sao Paulo hard-court title

Kaitlin Quevedo of Spain beat Argentina's Nadia Podoroska 4-6 6-4 6-2 in the final of the WTA hard-court event in Sao Paulo. Quevedo landed 62.5% of her first serves and won 63.6% of those points, plus 48.5% behind the second delivery, and she hit no aces against eight double faults. She faced nine break points and saved five, a rate of 55.6%. Podoroska served three aces with seven double faults, put 63.9% of first serves in, won 60.4% of those points and 36.7% of her second-serve points, saving three of the nine break points she faced.
