Bucsa beats Bejlek 6-0 6-4 in Guadalajara quarterfinals

Spain's Cristina Bucsa defeated Sara Bejlek of the Czech Republic 6-0, 6-4 in the quarterfinals of the WTA 1000 hard-court event in Guadalajara. Bucsa landed 67.4 percent of her first serves and won 77.4 percent of those points, along with 53.3 percent behind her second delivery, striking one ace against four double faults. She faced two break points and saved one. Bejlek put 71.4 percent of her first serves in play but won 46.7 percent of those points and 41.7 percent of her second-serve points, with no aces, three double faults and three of eight break points saved.
