Musetti sees off Altmaier in straight sets in Cincinnati
Lorenzo Musetti needed only two sets to move past Daniel Altmaier 6-4 6-2 in the Cincinnati round of 64, tightening his grip on the match as it went along. The Italian built the win on a solid first delivery, landing 60.7% of them and winning 79.4% of those points, and he stayed afloat behind the second ball too, taking half of those points despite five double faults. Altmaier's serve gave him little shelter: only 42.9% of his first serves found the box, and he won just 31.2% behind the second. A clean, efficient start to the Masters 1000 for Musetti.
