Zverev recovers from a set down to beat Norrie in Cincinnati
Alexander Zverev dropped the opening set but turned the match around to defeat Cameron Norrie 3-6 6-3 6-3 in the Round of 64 in Cincinnati. The German's serve was the difference once he settled: he struck 16 aces to Norrie's three and won 84.6% of his first-serve points, a huge margin over the Briton's 63.6%. Zverev landed only 52.7% of his first deliveries, yet he covered the gap by taking 57.1% behind the second ball, while Norrie managed 48.9% and coughed up six double faults. It was a hard-earned three-set win for the German on his opening day.
